Just had to kill the nastiest millipede thingy which was crowling on the wall next to my bed... I tried to get a picture of it, but he started to run away, so I freaked out had to kill him imidietly!! I almost thought the motherfucker was immortal for a minute, untill I managed to give him the deathcrush...

So, my friend Otto and i went to this cool cliff to do some jumping and stuff, we brought the gopro camera for fun so you all can check it out!

oh, and by the way, did you know that the gopro doesnt float? it sinks to the bottom of the ocean!:O
so if you ever do this kind of thing attatch it to yourselves or something that floates. instead of loosing it three times and have to dive for it, and that kinda sucks when you cant see under water because its dirt in the water!

Funny story; i used the 2 last weeks of fonna to fix my car for the EU thingy. and when i payd tons of moneys and was all good on friday, i figured that the trip home wold go smooth as a glove?

Mister Backflipp Andreas aka Storebø was kind enough to blast some crazyass
compethition down on this pice of ice that we are shreddin each day.

I even landed my Flossyflipp, in the practice.
And in the finals i decided to just land it on my feet, then

Me on the other hand ain't up running, nor fresh... I'm so ill - I'd rather have a person dump on my dome then go through this :(

I was out running yesterday morning with school, and it was way cold outside and we were running for an hour - me, only in my t-shirt. So now I've caught the freeziest cold in the world and my throath is mad swollen. I know - it sounds erally bad, but it's actually worse... Since I'm never out running unless we're doing it at school I have not been running for over a year. My body hurts so bad, whn I walk, it looks like I got raped by King Kong.

I've been on a railmisson trip to stockholm togheter with Kire,Jocke and Wiberg to get some nice railshots. It all went really good until Kire Broke a bone in his hand. He has a bandage that he will have for a couple of weeks now but he got some shots before the accident atleast. btw. Wiberg killed the rail session yesterday and got 4 really good shots. so..... yesterday i helped former NTG coach Rune with his contest the session roadgap. everything was really good organized but the speed was not enough so the riders had big trouble clearing the gap. it was also a bombdrop contest and that was sick. simon fossheim enden upp droppin a 10meter high skylift. it was of the hook!!!

So.........This is what's up right now. After we where in Oslo i went to Kläppen with Alex and we were just hitting some jumps and shit. Then i went back to my hometown to ride more streetrails. Me and Felix (the photographer) went out to get some shots. The first mission where 3xdown rail. Got the shot after a while and then it was time to go to the next spot. A little to confident I droped in to 2x downrail. Went exacly the way it shouldn't.... Flew down the stairs and landed on my back with my hand under my body on the last 4 stonestairs. Went to the hospital, and they did a MR and told me the Fingerbone was crushed and that a muscle was completely off. This is how it looks like right now

OK! Breck is awsome!

We (Simon, Henrik, K-Lekangster and Ole) just arrived at breckenridge, and the first thing we did when we arrived, was to crash our car! hahahahaha!

Check it out, we where driving 300ft behind another car with our mOnster-3tonn-Ford Excursion with the slipperiest tiers ever on pure ice, and then the other car startet breaking for a red light. HAHA, we didn't even slow down at all when we hit the brakes!

so we crashed! pretty funny!

Haha, the people in the other car got pretty pist at us... most because we wracked their car, but also cuz we where laughing our ass of because there car was wracked and we didnt get a scratch! haha
